Maria Tutu, founder of Her Fortress, a platform dedicated to empowering women across cultures to rise, rebuild, and lead with purpose.
Originally from Sudan, Maria immigrated to the United States as a child, carrying her parents’ resilience and the lessons of perseverance that would later define her mission.
With over a decade of experience in finance, real estate, and entrepreneurship, Maria has dedicated her career to creating access by bridging the gap between opportunity and potential for women often overlooked. She is also an author and speaker, using her voice and writing to help women discover the gifts and resources already within them to build lives of impact and abundance.
Inspired by the story of Queen Esther, Maria believes that every woman carries divine strategy and strength within her. Under her leadership, Her Fortress continues to build spaces of growth, collaboration, and empowerment, helping women discover that they are not just strong individually but unshakable together.
Her work reflects her lifelong calling to empower women to lead from both courage and conviction for such a time as this.
